A Touch of Glaze offers something special to groups and parties.....
Let’s
Party
A Touch of Glaze is a great place for a group get-together; whether it be a
birthday, anniversary, shower, family outing, team building, club outing, scout
function, date activity, or a friends night out!
Participants decorate a ceramic object in our clean, bright studio while
enjoying the camaraderie of their friends and/or family.
Our friendly, helpful staff assist from set-up to clean-up to insure that
the experience is a good one for all.
It’s Easy!
All our
materials are food-safe, non-toxic, and non-staining. There is no additional charge for our special party area nor
studio or participant fees. The
cost of the party is the total of the projects painted plus sales tax.
Our party area is for parties of 8 to 25 people. There is a dedicated color station, and staff member to introduce the process and assist participants. Painters choose a project, from a host/hostess selected collection of bisque fired ceramic objects. As the projects are completed, our staff clean up so that the party can continue with gifts and/or refreshments.
Note*
Larger parties can be accommodated in our regular studio area.
Please contact our studio to discuss particulars.
It’s Attractive!
As an incentive to book your party 2 weeks or more in advance, we offer a
choice of the following:
v
If you have 6 or more painters, and spend $80 or more...you can order a commemorative plate (which we decorate for your occasion)
v Get a 10% discount.
Remember, all our projects
are fired. After your group
decorates them, we dip them in a clear glaze and fire them in our kilns.
They will be ready for pick-up within a week of the party.

Scout Special
For scouts we can work with badge requirements
and tailor a session that's both fun and educational. It usually consists of an
overview of what clay is and how it becomes the bisque we paint. There's
hands-on activities through out the session with the scouts painting something
of their own at the end. The leader can pick it up a few days later and have it
for them at the next scout meeting or each scout can pick it up individually.
